Whether you are an experienced TA, a care worker, a parent returning to work, a psychology/education graduate, or simply someone with a naturally calm, caring personality—we want to hear from you!

We are looking for warm, resilient, and engaging individuals to join our supportive team helping a primary-aged pupil thrive in an adapted learning environment.

You will help facilitate a flexible, interest-led day, support emotional regulation, and guide gentle social connections

Instead of traditional classroom teaching, this role is all about connection, creativity, and support:

  • Building Trust: Helping a child feel safe, supported, and understood using a calm, encouraging approach.
  • Fun, Practical Activities: Supporting custom 1:1 learning through games, crafts, outdoor play, and interest-led projects.
  • Taking Breaks & Managing Energy: Facilitating regular sensory breaks, movement activities, and quiet time throughout the day.
  • Teamwork: Partnering with members of the established team to keep routines smooth, positive, and low-stress

We actively welcome applications from individuals with a wide variety of professional, voluntary, or personal backgrounds.
