Interim Director of Transformation
Your new organisation
Hays Executive is supporting a public sector organisation undergoing a significant period of organisational change. With a new operating environment, major transformation activity underway and a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement, the organisation is seeking an experienced interim leader to provide stability and direction during a key period.
Your new role
As Interim Director of Transformation, you will lead an established transformation function, providing leadership to senior managers. Your focus will be on supporting and maintaining momentum on a significant organisation-wide efficiency programme, ensuring existing initiatives remain on track and delivering value.
This is primarily a leadership role rather than a hands-on programme delivery assignment. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing oversight, challenge and support to teams delivering change.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Director-level leader with a track record of leading transformation, change, business improvement or organisational development programmes within complex organisations. You will bring:
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Experience leading transformation or business improvement initiatives
- The ability to quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach and the ability to provide stability during periods of change
