Junior Institutional Relationship Manager

FinTop Consulting has partnered with a leading global financial services organization to recruit a Junior Institutional Relationship Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within institutional FX and CFD markets.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new institutional clients, ensuring account opening and onboarding tasks are completed efficiently.
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, responding to queries and coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
• Assist with client implementations, including account setup, platform access, and connectivity. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service.
• Maintain accurate client records, onboarding documentation, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently.
• Develop knowledge of institutional FX and CFD markets, trading platforms, and liquidity solutions through on-the-job training.

Skills & qualifications

• Previous experience in client services, relationship management, onboarding, account management, or another customer-facing role within financial services is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in building client relationships.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop within institutional financial markets. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Desirable

• Interest in financial markets, institutional trading, or fintech.
• Exposure to FX, CFDs, brokerage, payments, or other financial services.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, or similar platforms is an advantage but not essential.
• Additional language skills are considered a plus.
