What You'll Do
Support quality control activities to ensure compliance, product quality, and operational excellence:
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern across three schedules, so flexibility around working hours is important, including occasional holiday cover requirements. Very occasional Saturday morning work may be available on a voluntary basis and, where worked, is paid at overtime rates.

What You'll Do
Support quality control activities to ensure compliance, product quality, and operational excellence:
- Carry out routine quality inspections and checks on raw materials and finished products
- Collect and manage product samples for testing and evaluation
- Support investigations into quality complaints and non-conformances
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
- Assist with internal audits and quality assurance activities
- Work closely with Production, Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Promote quality standards and best practices across the site
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality function
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and relevant regulations
- Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment
- Previous experience within Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Food Production, Feed Production, FMCG, or a similar environment is desirable
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Exposure to quality standards such as UFAS, ISO, HACCP, or GMP+ is beneficial but not essential
- Basic IT and Excel skills are required
- Key Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business, strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, a proactive and self-motivated approach, eagerness to learn and develop, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork and collaboration skills, and the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
