What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading sections during service and ensuring food quality is consistently high
- Coaching and developing junior chefs and kitchen team members
- Helping maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP standards
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Supporting menu development and seasonal specials
- Working closely with the wider hotel team to deliver an outstanding guest experience

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who combines technical skill with a genuine passion for people and hospitality.
You'll Likely Have
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef within a hotel, restaurant, or premium hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
- A positive, hands-on leadership style
- The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for coaching and developing others
- Good understanding of food safety and health & safety requirements
- A desire to continue learning and progressing your career
