Junior Workforce Solutions Specialist

We’re looking for a Junior Workforce Solutions Specialist to support critical workforce management systems, including UKG Kronos, SAP ECP Payroll and Access Control platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Provide first and second‑line support for Kronos, SAP Payroll and Access Control systems
• Manage incidents, service requests and access requests through the Service Desk
• Monitor and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
• Support user administration, data updates and system maintenance
• Assist with reporting, data analysis and issue investigation
• Support system upgrades, testing, implementations and change initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements and service delivery enhancements
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems
• Strong customer service and Service Desk experience
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good Excel skills, including lookups, pivots and data validation
  
  

Desirable

• Experience with UKG Kronos
• Exposure to SAP Payroll / SAP ECP
• Knowledge of HR, Payroll or Workforce Management processes
• Experience supporting Access Control systems
