🚀 We're Hiring: Lead Analytics Engineer – Snowflake & dbt

📍 Location: London, UK

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Lead Analytics Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, dbt and Advanced SQL to join our team.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake development, architecture and performance optimization.
Advanced knowledge of dbt Core / dbt Cloud.
Excellent SQL skills, including complex queries and query optimization.
Strong understanding of dimensional modelling, Kimball methodology and semantic data modelling.
Experience migrating Teradata workloads to Snowflake.
Experience with data transformation, data quality checks and automated testing.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD and version control.
Knowledge of Snowflake security, RBAC/ABAC and access management.

Good to Have

AWS, AWS Glue and Apache Iceberg.
Banking or financial services experience.
Snowflake cost and performance optimization.

Ideal Candidate

A technically strong professional with 13+ years of experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale analytics engineering initiatives.
