Salary Grade G Points 20 to 24 (£32,597 to £35,412 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £29,142.38
Carlton le Willows Academy are looking to appoint a Learning Manager to join our academy in September 2026 on a full time, permanent basis.
Your new role
As a Learning Manager, you will support student learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring in order to maximise student attainment.

Results
With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area - achieving the best ever results in the school's history this summer. Results for 2025 saw 85% of students achieve a Grade 4 or above in English and Maths, compared with a 65% national average. In total 69% of students secured a strong pass of a Grade 5 or above in those two core subjects- far exceeding the national average of 46% and meaning we are placed well above similar schools nationally.
A level students in our high performing sixth form also celebrated strong results with more than 91% of the cohort securing a place at their first choice university, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post 16.
