As a key contributor, you will provide essential localization production support to various business partners within the organization. You’ll navigate a diverse landscape of content, mastering established localization processes and utilizing a range of cutting-edge tools and technologies, both internal and third-party. Your ultimate goal is to deliver consistent, top-quality project management support for every localization project, exceeding expectations and ensuring seamless global content delivery.

What You’ll Do
As a key contributor, you will provide essential localization production support to various business partners within the organization. You’ll navigate a diverse landscape of content, mastering established localization processes and utilizing a range of cutting-edge tools and technologies, both internal and third-party. Your ultimate goal is to deliver consistent, top-quality project management support for every localization project, exceeding expectations and ensuring seamless global content delivery.
- Acknowledge and meticulously review files submitted for translation.
- Communicate effectively with project submitters to address general questions about submitted files.
- Prepare files for translation management systems.
- Create and assign projects within translation management systems to appropriate vendors.
- Seamlessly hand off projects and maintain clear communication with vendor Project Managers.
- Manage queries efficiently between vendors and project submitters.
- Ensure timely delivery of files according to project requirements.
- Review vendor quotes and billing summaries for accuracy.
- Attend sync-up meetings with stakeholders and Localization Vendors regarding production.
- Participate in project-related meetings focused on content requiring localization.
- Provide technical support to internal users of translation management systems.
- Proven client-side localization project management experience.
- Localization project management experience gained at a Language Service Provider (LSP).
- Experience utilizing internal tools for localization processes.
- Deep understanding and experience working with a variety of file formats typical for localization, including HTML, XML, and various content creation and publishing formats.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A strong passion for learning new processes and tools.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Deep understanding and experience using a leading translation management system preferred, including internal platforms.
- Proficiency in a language other than English.
- Proficiency in using and a passion for cutting-edge technology products.
