Manager, Data and Analytics
At CNX Therapeutics, we’re building a growing European pharmaceutical business with a clear ambition: to improve access to medicines that make a meaningful difference to patients’ lives. With a diverse portfolio and an expanding global footprint, we’re continuing to grow through both our existing business and new opportunities.
Our people are central to this journey. We’re a collaborative, entrepreneurial and fast-moving organisation where individuals have the opportunity to take ownership, make an impact and help shape how we grow. Joining CNX means becoming part of an ambitious team at an exciting stage of our development, with the opportunity to contribute to both our business and the patients we ultimately serve.
The Opportunity
The Manager, Data and Analytics will turn CNX Therapeutics’ data into decisions and keep the pipelines, integrations and master data behind those decisions reliable. The role leads the development of our analytics capability across commercial, financial and operational areas.
You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, IT and Leadership teams to improve visibility, enable better decision-making and embed a data-led culture across the organisation. You will also help the organisation adopt new tools, such as Snowflake, dbt, PLAIO, Extedo and AI, and show that they deliver value.
You will be responsible for analytics strategy, reporting, data platforms and integrations, master data governance and AI adoption, so that leaders and managers get accurate numbers on time and our finance, planning and regulatory systems agree with each other.
