The Role

Managers in our London-based O&P practice lead L.E.K. case teams and play a central role in delivering client engagements, developing people and supporting the growth of the practice.

Working closely with Partners and clients, Managers help define key organisational and operational challenges, shape project objectives and analytical approaches, and translate research and analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. They act as the key link between the client, senior team members and the case team, ensuring that projects are effectively managed, teams are well led and work is delivered to a consistently high standard.

The role combines strategic problem-solving with hands-on delivery, supporting clients across organisation design, performance improvement, post-merger integration and operational due diligence.
