The Team
Our pricing team helps clients make better commercial decisions, from understanding what customers value to determining how to price, engage customers and grow.
We work across consumer and B2B markets, supporting organisations ranging from retailers and consumer brands to manufacturers, technology companies and service providers. Our work combines customer insight, rigorous analytics and commercial judgement to address questions such as how a company should structure its pricing, where it has opportunities to grow and how it can strengthen its commercial model.
We are building our pricing capabilities in Europe as part of a global practice, drawing on established expertise and working together to develop ideas, tools and opportunities across markets. This is an opportunity to help shape a growing team and bring pricing expertise to a broad portfolio of clients.
The Role
As a Manager in our pricing team, you will lead case teams and play a central role in delivering client engagements, developing people and growing the practice.
You will work closely with Partners and clients to define important commercial questions, shape project objectives and analytical approaches, and turn research and analysis into clear recommendations. Your work may cover pricing models and levels, promotional strategy, discount architecture and wider commercial effectiveness.
The role offers the opportunity to build functional expertise while working across industries and remaining connected to broader strategy work. You will also contribute to proposals and business development, helping shape a growing practice with investment and attention from across the firm.

- Work with Partners and clients to define project objectives, priorities, workplans and analytical approaches.
- Lead research and analysis to understand customers, markets and the factors that influence purchasing decisions.
- Oversee quantitative analyses and assessments of pricing models, pricing levels, promotions, discounts and commercial effectiveness.

- Lead client discussions, workshops and presentations, communicating complex findings with clarity and confidence.
- Coach and develop Consultants and Associates across analytical, project management, client relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Manage team performance, priorities and workloads, identifying and addressing delivery risks as they arise.
- Support business development through proposals, pitch presentations and discussions with clients about emerging needs and opportunities.
- Contribute to the growth of the pricing practice through knowledge sharing, recruitment, training and the development of new ideas and capabilities.
- Escalate significant changes in project scope, commercial matters, client issues or material delivery risks to the appropriate Partner.
