Marketing Internship— EMEA

Licensed sponsor London Internship Posted 1 week ago

Join WorldFirst's EMEA marketing team as a Marketing Intern and get hands-on experience across a global FinTech brand that's part of Ant International. You'll work on real campaigns, learn from senior marketers across multiple regions, and gain exposure to how a scale-up operates in the cross-border payments space.

This is a hand-on role with supportive training, mentorship, and the chance to build skills in AI-powered marketing tools alongside traditional campaign work.

What you'll do

  • Support the EMEA marketing team on integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Assist with lifecycle marketing initiatives — from onboarding flows to retention campaigns
  • Contribute to product marketing projects, including go-to-market support for new features
  • Research market trends and competitor activity across key EMEA markets
  • Help create content for web, social, and email channels that speaks to cross-border SME needs
  • Get trained on our AI marketing platform and support rollout of AI use cases across the team
  • Collaborate with regional marketers on localised campaign adaptations
  • Track campaign performance and help build reports for stakeholder reviews
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh perspectives

What you'll bring

  • Recently graduated from university
  • Genuine curiosity about business, fintech, and marketing — no prior experience required
  • Interest in AI and already using AI tools regularly in your day-to-day (writing, research, or creative work)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-starter who asks questions and seeks out learning opportunities
  • Available for a 12 month full-time contract
  • Based in, or able to relocate to London for 3 days per week in the office
