Digital Marketing Executive

England, United Kingdom Full-time Posted 1 hour ago

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: ThreatSpike - London, Mayfair (open to weekly or monthly in office).

ThreatSpike is the world's first AI-managed IT and security platform trusted by 500+ organisations across 90+ countries. We monitor over 100,000 devices globally, analyse 40 billion security events per day, and deliver IT management, SOC operations and penetration testing under a single, fixed-price subscription. Every component is built in-house, so when we find a problem, we ship the fix directly into the platform and every customer gets it immediately.

Following Series A funding from Expedition Growth Capital, ThreatSpike is growing fast. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment. We look for high-potential individuals who want to push themselves, take ownership, and make a real impact. If you’re ambitious, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to be part of a company where your work directly fuels growth, this is the place for you.

The role:

Are you looking to build a career in marketing? Do you want hands-on experience across content, SEO, paid campaigns, design and events, rather than being boxed into one narrow task? In practice, your week will be split between content creation, campaign support and the smaller jobs that keep a fast-moving marketing function running. You'll have a mix of things you already know how to do and things you'll learn on the job.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to build real, usable skills early in their career. There's genuine scope to grow into a more senior marketing position as ThreatSpike grows.

What you’ll be doing:

No two days will be the same. You'll support the delivery of agreed marketing activity across three priority areas in addition to smaller adhoc tasks to support the team, working directly with the Head of Marketing.

Content & SEO:

  • Write blog content for SEO, aligned to our tone of voice and positioning
  • Draft LinkedIn posts, ad copy and other short-form content across channels
  • Implement agreed SEO improvements to existing content

Design & Campaigns

  • Produce simple design assets for ads, LinkedIn and sales collateral (Canva or similar; nothing advanced)
  • Support the build and launch of paid ad campaigns, learning the platforms as you go
  • Support email campaign builds, from drafting to sending

Events & Commercial

  • Help plan and coordinate marketing events, from logistics to on-the-day support
  • Pick up the day-to-day jobs that keep the marketing function moving: uploading content, updating assets, basic reporting, and anything else that lands on the team's desk

What we’re looking for:

Someone who is practical, organised and keen to develop acres across marketing. You may be someone one to two years into their career, or someone who has built experience through internships, freelance work or a previous marketing role.

Essential:

  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience writing for SEO
  • Keyword research
  • Experience with basic design tools (Canva or similar)
  • Confidence working across multiple tasks and channels in a single week
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
  • A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail

Nice-to-have:

  • Expo/event planning experience
  • Paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube etc)
  • Hands-on email marketing experience & tools
  • Basic reporting understanding in GA4
  • Familiarity with any CRM tool
  • B2B tech/SaaS/cybersecurity industry experience

What you get:

  • Direct exposure to how a fast-growing B2B marketing function runs, working closely with the Head of Marketing
  • Genuine progression potential as the team and business grow
  • Hybrid working from our London, Mayfair office (minimum once per month into the office)
