HLPartnership (HLP) is recruiting on behalf of one of our Appointed Representatives for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a thriving business within our award-winning network.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established adviser looking for strong lead support, a broad lender panel, and generous commission splits within a supportive and professional environment.
You'll provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients, helping them navigate their property and financial protection needs. From initial fact-find through to completion, you'll deliver compliant, customer-focused recommendations while building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on residential and buy-to-let mortgages.
- Recommending suitable protection solutions, including life, critical illness, and income protection cover.
- Managing cases from enquiry through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Building relationships with clients, introducers, and business partners.
- Generating repeat and referral business through outstanding service.
- Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
- Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience advising on both mortgage and protection products.
- Strong understanding of the UK mortgage and protection market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational and case management skills.
