We're looking for an experienced Order to Cash Lead to join Bellrock Group and drive meaningful improvements across our billing, credit control, cash collection and working capital processes.

With the initial review already complete, this is a hands-on role focused on turning recommendations into action, improving financial performance and delivering lasting change.

Working closely with Finance, Operations and Technology, you'll bring strong restructuring and transformation experience, challenge existing processes and implement practical improvements that make a real difference.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded professional to take ownership, deliver measurable results and make a lasting impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of improvements to Bellrock's Order to Cash process, turning recommendations into measurable results.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate billing, reduce aged debt, improve cash collection and strengthen working capital.
  • Review and improve credit control, dispute resolution and cash allocation processes, addressing inefficiencies and recurring issues.
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations and Technology to resolve challenges and improve integration between financial and job management systems.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process improvement and greater operational efficiency.
  • Develop clear delivery plans, milestones and KPIs to track progress and ensure improvements are delivered on time.
  • Monitor and report on key financial measures, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), aged debt, unbilled work in progress and cash collection performance.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, providing updates, challenging existing processes and driving improvements across the business.
  • Embed sustainable processes, controls and ways of working, supporting teams through change and ensuring improvements are maintained.
  • Deliver a structured handover at the end of the assignment, ensuring the business has the tools, knowledge and processes to sustain the improvements.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or CA – ICAEW, ICAS or Chartered Accountants Ireland), with current professional membership. This is a mandatory requirement.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in operational and financial restructuring, with a proven track record of improving cash flow, working capital and business performance.
  • Hands-on experience working within underperforming businesses, delivering measurable turnaround and restructuring improvements.
  • Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes, including billing, credit control and cash collection within multi-site service businesses.
  • Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills, including 13-week cash flow forecasting.
  • Commercially minded and confident engaging with senior stakeholders, challenging existing processes and driving change.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance and Operations.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working under pressure, with the ability to deliver results quickly in an interim capacity.

Desirable

  • Experience within facilities management, property services, engineering or other contract-based service environments.
  • Big Four background, ideally progressing into restructuring, turnaround or deals advisory at Manager level or above.
  • Previous audit or advisory experience within financial services.
  • Knowledge of ERP, billing and CAFM/job management systems and how they integrate.

AI fluency & learning mindset: We are looking for people who actively use AI in their day‑to‑day work, demonstrate strong curiosity about new technologies, and take ownership for continuously improving how they think, work, and deliver.
