P2F Transformation Lead | 6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | London
I'm partnering with a global organisation seeking an experienced P2F Transformation Lead to support a major supply chain and operations transformation programme.
This 6-month contract, operating Outside IR35, is expected to start in mid-November. You'll lead a discovery and assessment phase, reviewing existing Plan-to-Fulfil processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping shape the future operating model across the business.
Key requirements
- Extensive experience leading P2F transformation programmes within large, complex organisations.
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of planning, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and fulfilment processes.
- Proven track record in process assessment, gap analysis, target operating model design, and process standardisation.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
- Experience delivering change across multinational businesses with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, engaging senior leadership while driving detailed analysis and recommendations.
