Partnership Director

Job Overview

• We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Partnership Director to lead the delivery of TFM services for Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) account, with revenues exceeding £10m per annum and approximately 100 employees.
• This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the account, including P&L ownership, contractual compliance, service performance and the development of strong, trusted client relationships.
• You will lead and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement. Working closely with the client and key stakeholders, you will ensure services consistently meet contractual and compliance requirements while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, add value and support business growth.
