JOB FUNCTION: Chelsea FC is looking for a motivated and organised Partnership Executive to support the delivery of best-in-class partnership programmes for the club’s portfolio of partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in sponsorship, partnership management, events, marketing, or a related field who is eager to develop a career in sports partnerships. Working closely with Partnership Managers and Partnership Leads, you will help bring campaigns and activations to life, support the delivery of partner rights, and ensure our partners receive an outstanding experience.


The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong relationships. In return, you'll gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio of global partnerships while developing your skills within one of the world's most recognised sports brands.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the day-to-day management of partnership account teams, overseeing the operational delivery of partner rights and obligations.
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships, acting as a key point of contact and building strong relationships with both partner stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of partners’ core businesses and partnership objectives to ensure optimum alignment and results.
  • Implementing efficient delivery processes to ensure consistent and high-quality fulfilment of contractual rights.
  • Ensuring effective communication of operational requirements to UEFA’s partners
  • Fulfilling important administrative tasks, crucial to the successful delivery of contractual rights.
  • Coordinate and deliver partner activations, events, matchday experiences, player appearances and wider partnership projects, including measurement and post-campaign reporting.
  • Collaborate effectively across the club and support wider departmental initiatives, contributing to a positive, professional and team-focused culture.


MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:

  • Delivery of partner rights, activations and campaigns on time and to the required standard.
  • Partner satisfaction and quality of day-to-day relationship management.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting, administration and operational delivery.
  • Proactive contribution of ideas that enhance partner value and activation effectiveness.
  • Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.


PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Proven experience within the sponsorship/sports marketing industry.
  • Experience supporting partnerships, sponsorships, account management, or client-facing relationships within a commercial environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and the ability to support reporting and performance tracking.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to work flexibly, including matchdays, events, and occasional travel.
