We're looking for an experienced Principal Consultant with strong client relationships and a proven track record of winning recruitment business across these markets.
The Opportunity
- Develop new business across public finance institutions, financial regulators, government-backed financial bodies and financial services organisations.
- Leverage established relationships with senior hiring managers, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition and business leaders.
- Win permanent, contract and senior recruitment assignments.
- Build your own client portfolio, supported by SATIGO's established recruitment delivery capability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience winning recruitment business within Public Finance or Financial Services.
- An established network of relevant client decision-makers.
- A strong billing history and commercial track record.
- Experience across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Transformation or senior appointments.
