As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will act as a senior technical authority within multidisciplinary project teams, leading the design and assurance of critical electrical systems across major data centre developments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining engineering quality while helping teams deliver practical, high-performing solutions.
You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development and technical design through to coordination, review and support during construction. Alongside project delivery responsibilities, you’ll help mentor engineers, contribute to technical excellence and support the continued growth of the electrical discipline.

- Strong electrical engineering expertise across building services and critical power infrastructure.
- Experience leading the design and coordination of complex electrical engineering packages.
- Ability to provide technical guidance, design assurance and engineering review activities.
- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project environments.
- Strong understanding of engineering standards, quality requirements and project delivery processes.
- Capability to mentor engineers and contribute to the development of technical excellence within a team.
