The Highways and Transport Team delivers vital services that support the daily lives of residents across West Northamptonshire. We are committed to maintaining a road network that is safe, efficient, and accessible, while also helping to shape a sustainable and connected future through the management of highway assets, public transport, and active travel initiatives. This is an especially exciting time to join Northamptonshire Highways.

With both funding and a strong policy framework in place, you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver wide ranging improvements set out within the Local Transport Plan, and other Council policies making a lasting difference for communities across West Northamptonshire. This is a 2 year fixed term position.
