We're looking for an experienced Principal Surveyor to join our Strategic Property Management team and play a key role in shaping the future of the Council’s land and property assets.
In this senior role, you'll lead on high-profile property transactions, major capital projects, valuations and estate management activity, while supporting the development of property strategies that maximise value, improve performance and benefit local communities.
What you'll be doing
- Leading acquisitions, disposals and complex property transactions
- Managing a diverse income-generating property portfolio
- Overseeing valuations and estate management matters
- Supporting major capital projects and property reviews
- Identifying opportunities to optimise assets and reduce costs
- Leading and developing Surveyors and Senior Surveyors
