Private Equity Senior Associate
This role will be well-suited to a candidate with demonstrable experience of leveraged buyouts, M&A and equity arrangements across sponsor mandates. In addition, we are seeking individuals with a proven track record structuring and negotiating management equity plans, co-investment arrangements, rollover equity, and shareholder agreements.

Notable recent transactions include advising Blackstone on Combined US$525m strategic investment in Property Finder and our role advising Estancia Capital Partners on cross-border investment in Flagstone.
