My client is hiring a Production Support Engineer to be the backbone of mission-critical front office trading systems - where every millisecond, every alert, and every fix matters. You'll sit at the intersection of trading, engineering, and infrastructure, supporting the full trade lifecycle from pre-trade validation to post-trade processing.

What You'll Own:

🔹 Monitor & support live trading applications in a high-stakes production environment

🔹 Investigate and resolve incidents fast - minimizing downtime is the mission

🔹 Drive root cause analysis and build preventative fixes that stick

🔹 Manage releases, scheduled changes & automated workflows

🔹 Partner with Engineering & Infra to push platform stability and automation forward

🔹 Continuously sharpen monitoring, alerting, and operational processes

What You Bring:

✅ Background in Application/Production/Front Office Support

✅ Strong Python and/or Bash scripting

✅ SQL & relational database experience (PostgreSQL or similar)

✅ Solid Linux/Unix administration & troubleshooting chops

✅ Sharp analytical instincts and a calm head under pressure

✅ A track record of thriving in mission-critical, fast-moving environments
