What You’ll Do

  • Manage operational workflows and service requests using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution within established service level agreements while maintaining high quality standards and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate end-to-end program logistics, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation for interviewing and hiring programs.
  • Create and maintain robust reporting mechanisms, such as operational dashboards, monthly business review inputs, and status updates, to provide leadership with clear visibility into program health and key metrics.
  • Develop and implement continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance stakeholder experience through automation and standardized procedures.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, providing expert guidance on processes and systems while coordinating seamlessly between program managers, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance activities, including audits, data validation, and compliance checks, to ensure operational excellence and adherence to established standards across all deliverables.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordination, high-volume scheduling, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to proactively manage expectations and deliverables.
  • Experience in administration, logistics, or Human Resources.
  • Strong sense of ownership and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
