Project Manager/ Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects across the full lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients for assigned projects.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and change requests with timely escalation.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and governance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, documentation standards, and controls.
• Provide accurate and timely project status reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, execution discipline, and customer satisfaction.
