Property Coordinator
Liaise is looking for an intelligent, ambitious and commercially minded individual to join our Property Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to build a career in property, development and investment within a growing specialist residential care organisation.
The role offers broad exposure to property acquisitions, construction, development projects and commercial transactions, alongside a particular focus on using Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation and digital technology to improve how we work.
We are looking for someone who is organised, curious and enthusiastic about technology, with the initiative to identify opportunities to make processes more efficient and develop practical digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate property administration, records, project documentation and reporting.
- Maintain property pipeline trackers, monitor deadlines and support acquisitions and transactions.
- Assist with construction and development projects, including budgets, programmes and milestones.
- Liaise with solicitors, property agents, developers, contractors and internal teams.
- Support legal due diligence, contractual documentation and transaction approvals.
- AI and Automation: Identify opportunities to use AI tools, develop AI agents and automated workflows, and explore simple applications that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Use AI and digital tools to support research, document preparation, reporting, information analysis and project monitoring.
- Test and improve new processes, ensuring information is handled securely and responsibly.
About You
You will be proactive, analytical and detail-oriented, with strong organisational and communication skills and a genuine desire to learn.
Essential requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent capability.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- An interest in property, development, construction and commercial transactions.
- A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies, with the initiative to explore how they can improve business processes.
Desirable experience
- A degree in Property, Real Estate, Construction, Law, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
- Experience using AI tools, creating automated workflows, developing simple applications or improving digital processes.
- Previous experience in property, construction, project management or a commercial environment.
Previous property experience is not essential. We welcome applications from graduates and candidates with strong potential, including those who have independently developed their AI and technology skills.
Career Development
This role offers the opportunity to develop technical and commercial property expertise while gaining practical experience in AI and business process automation. As your skills develop, you will take on increasing responsibility for property transactions, development projects and digital improvement initiatives.
