What you’ll be doing:
Supporting in managing business operations and project activities
Assisting with the sales, lettings, and refurbishment of properties
Acting as a key point of contact between site managers, builders, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
Tracking invoices, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate payments
Coordinating logistics, deliveries, and communication across teams
Handling tenant issues and ad hoc requests with professionalism and care
Ensuring smooth administrative processes, including record-keeping and filing

What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient / Good level in Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
2-3 years experience in administration, PA support, or project coordination
A proactive, self-starting attitude, you’re someone who takes initiative and gets things done
A great communicator who can build rapport across all levels of seniority
