The role

RAN professional with experience supporting Samsung 4G LTE and 5G NR networks. Strong background in L2/L3 fault resolution, KPI and trace analysis, root cause investigation, change support and performance assurance. Experienced in working with cross-domain teams and communicating technical findings clearly in customer-facing environments.

Key responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Samsung LTE and 5G NR network incidents, alarms and performance degradation.
Samsung SRAN designing and its implementation experience.
Analyse OSS counters, traces, logs and configurations to isolate faults and restore service within agreed targets.
Troubleshoot accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput, coverage and capacity issues.
Perform RCA and document corrective and preventive actions for complex or recurring problems.
Support parameter changes, software or feature rollout, FOA activities and controlled production implementation.
Coordinate with RF, Core, Transport, OSS, NOC, Field and OEM teams during incident resolution and change execution.
Prepare technical evidence packs for OEM escalation, including timelines, traces, counters and reproduction details.
Provide concise customer updates, operational reports, risk inputs and knowledge-transfer material.

Technical Skills

Samsung 4G/5G RAN operations and technical support • Samsung LSM-R / USM-R alarm, configuration and performance analysis
L2/L3 incident troubleshooting and service
restoration • RCA, problem management and recurring fault prevention
KPI, counter, log, trace and call-flow analysis • Feature activation, parameter changes management and rollout support
Pre-check, implementation, rollback and post-
change validation
vRAN/ORAN handson experience • Accessibility, retainability, mobility, integrity and throughput analysis
MOCN/MORAN and multi-vendor
interoperability support
MORAN/MOCON/eMOCN implementation
experience.
Technical reporting, OEM escalation and stakeholder communication
Confident customer-facing communication, technical workshop leadership and coordination across design, vendor, operations, field and programme teams.
