Your role at Signature
We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team at our Support Office in Beaconsfield on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying, attracting, and securing high-quality talent.
What you will do
Supporting our homes you'll take ownership of recruitment activity across a variety of roles, partnering with Hiring Managers to deliver effective hiring strategies and ensure vacancies are filled with the very best candidates.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing through to offer stage.
- Partnering closely with Home Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Creating engaging job advertisements and implementing targeted attraction strategies.
- Proactively sourcing candidates using a variety of attraction methods and platforms.
- Screening CVs, conducting telephone interviews, and assessing candidate suitability against role requirements.
- Coordinating and supporting interview processes, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Developing talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles and building networks of prospective candidates.
- Monitoring recruitment performance and adapting sourcing strategies to meet changing business needs.
- Managing vacancies through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring accurate recruitment data and reporting.

Signature people
- Previous in-house recruitment experience within the health and social care sector.
- A strong track record of successfully recruiting for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Proven candidate sourcing experience using a variety of attraction methods and platforms.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- A results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering quality hires and a positive candidate experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements within a regulated environment.
