We’re now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Social & Content team working on freelance roles within Fashion, Beauty & Wellness.

The Opportunity

You’ll work with an exciting portfolio of brands, developing relationships with clients across their Social & Content teams, alongside plenty of opportunity to develop new business.

You will need to be comfortable using a range of business development techniques to grow existing client relationships, as well as building new ones.

We’re looking for someone who knows recruitment, is confident building relationships and demonstrating capability to hiring managers (not HR!) and has the commercial drive to turn opportunities into results.

A desk at Profiles Creative means managing candidates and clients effectively, and juggling multiple assignments in a fast-moving market!

Experience recruiting Social & Content talent would be a bonus, but it isn't essential. If you have strong recruitment experience and the right attitude, we can help you learn the market.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
• Confidence managing clients, candidates and relationships with hiring managers.
• Commercial awareness and a genuine appetite for business development.
• The ability to manage a busy desk, prioritise effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to make the most of the opportunity.

Experience in Social & Content recruitment is welcome, but your recruitment track record, commercial instincts and ambition matter most.
