We are looking for experienced UK healthcare recruitment professionals for the following opportunities:
ROLE 1: HR & TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST – HEALTHCARE
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Strong UK healthcare recruitment background.
- Experience hiring GPs, doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals.
- End-to-end recruitment, onboarding and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and Boolean sourcing.
ROLE 2: RECRUITMENT MANAGER – HEALTHCARE
- 10+ years of recruitment experience.
- Strong UK healthcare recruitment expertise.
- Experience recruiting GPs, doctors, nurses and medical professionals.
- Proven experience managing and leading recruitment teams.
- Expertise in hiring strategies, stakeholder management and recruitment delivery.
- Good understanding of UK healthcare compliance and professional registrations.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
- UK-based healthcare recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on healthcare recruitment experience is essential for both positions.
