Regional Compliance Manager

Licensed sponsor United Kingdom Full-time Posted 1 day ago

Location: Home Based, ideally Newcastle area or Further North

As a Regional Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our Bodyshop network operates safely, legally, and consistently in line with company policies, insurer requirements, OEM repair standards, and industry accreditations. Working across multiple sites, you'll act as a trusted partner to operational teams, helping managers understand what great compliance looks like and embedding best practice into everyday operations.

This is more than an auditing role. You'll work closely with General Managers, Heads of Production, Technical Teams and Health & Safety colleagues to identify risks, drive improvements and ensure corrective actions are completed and sustained. From supporting sites through audit preparation to owning action plans following Internal Audit, BSI and Health & Safety assessments, you'll be instrumental in maintaining standards and creating a culture of continuous improvement across the region.

You'll also take ownership of regional compliance reporting, analysing trends, monitoring performance against key standards and providing clear insight to support informed decision-making. Through coaching, training and stakeholder engagement, you'll help teams proactively manage compliance, improve operational performance and strengthen audit outcomes.

Please note: This role requires regular travel across the UK, including frequent overnight stays.
