Main duties of the job
What You'll Do: Ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Coordinate patient pathways , promoting a smooth and efficient experience for all. Support the development and training of staff, fostering a culture of excellence. Drive innovative service improvements and implement best practices across sites. Venepuncture - confident in taking blood samples or willing to undertake training. Vascular dressing competency - able to assess, manage and apply vascular dressings safely. Minor procedures support - able to assist clinicians during minor procedures, ensuring patient comfort, safety and smooth clinical flow.
