Help shape the future of resilience in Norfolk

We're looking for two talented and motivated Resilience Officers to join our ambitious and collaborative Resilience Team at Norfolk County Council (NCC).

This is an exciting opportunity to help strengthen resilience across Norfolk's communities, services and partnerships. Working across NCC, the Norfolk Resilience Forum (NRF) and a wide network of partner organisations, you will play an important role in helping Norfolk prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies, major incidents and wider disruptions.

Norfolk is a unique and challenging resilience environment. From flooding, coastal risks and severe weather to cyber incidents, infrastructure disruption and public health emergencies, the county faces a diverse range of risks that require strong partnerships, innovative thinking and effective planning.
