Responsible Individual - Children's Residential Homes
We are seeking a Responsible Individual to join our team in Leicester. This full-time role is responsible for the opening, managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our new residential homes opening in Leicestershire, whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Position Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary Range: £60,000 - £75,000 (Full Time)

Essential Requirements:
- Recent experience in a role as a Responsible Individual for a Children's Home or as a Children's Home Registered Manager
- Possession of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or an equivalent qualification)
- Possession of a Level 4 Diploma for Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner (or an equivalent qualification)
- A valid UK driving license
