RGN Days at Astley Hall

RGN (Days) at Astley Hall is a part-time role for a registered nurse who enjoys combining clinical excellence with a compassionate approach. You'll lead your shift, assess residents' needs and wellbeing, and deliver holistic care through person-centred care plans. Key responsibilities include administering medication and maintaining clear documentation in line with regulatory policies.

You'll work closely with colleagues to create a supportive environment for residents and staff. A valid NMC registration is essential, alongside strong communication skills, computer literacy and a commitment to ongoing learning; experience with dementia/end-of-life care and electronic care planning is beneficial.
