RGN Nights at Summerdyne

RGN (Nights) at Summerdyne is a night nursing role worked on a rota, supporting residents with high-quality clinical care and reassurance overnight. You'll lead your shift, monitor care and wellbeing, implement person-centred care plans and ensure dignity and respect are maintained. The role includes administering medication and accurate documentation in line with policy. You'll need a valid NMC registration, strong communication skills and computer literacy, plus a commitment to learning and improvement. Experience with dementia/end-of-life care and electronic care planning systems is advantageous.
