From assessments and health services to employability programmes and specialist support, we do work that matters with people who care.

Role Summary

  • Enable one or more established, cross-functional technology delivery squads to deliver customer and business value predictably, transparently and sustainably, while maintaining appropriate focus on quality, security, and operational readiness
  • Act as a leader, delivery coach and facilitator, helping squads establish effective agile ways of working, maintain a healthy flow of prioritised work, remove impediments and strengthen ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Provide accurate delivery visibility through agreed tooling, metrics, reporting and RAID disciplines, ensuring that work, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and delivery forecasts are actively managed and appropriately escalated.
