Senior Business Analyst

The V&A is making a significant investment in its technology estate, modernising our commercial technology landscape to create a more connected, scalable and data-driven organisation.

As Senior Business Analyst, you will play a central role in turning this ambition into practical outcomes by supporting the delivery of a significant Commercial Technology Enablement Programme. Working closely with the business, architecture, technology and delivery teams, you will translate strategic direction into clear requirements and lead analysis throughout the full project lifecycle.

You will also help shape how business analysis is delivered across the programme, introducing consistent standards and ways of working that support successful transformation and the V&A's wider vision for a resilient, sustainable and inclusive family of museums.

This is a 24-month fixed-term-contract.

Experience

• Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex technology and business transformation.
• Experience translating strategic architecture and business capabilities into detailed requirements and deliverable solutions.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from discovery and options analysis through to delivery, testing and transition into live service.
• Experience working across complex systems and products, ideally including integration, data mapping, retail, ticketing, finance or e-commerce.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, with the confidence to influence at a senior level.
