Senior Consultant
OneStream Senior Consultant | United Kingdom | Remote
Henderson Drake is supporting a specialist OneStream consultancy that is looking to appoint a OneStream Senior Consultant to help clients maximize the long-term value of their OneStream platforms.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on supporting live OneStream environments through continuous improvement, platform optimization, and strategic guidance. Rather than operating within a traditional reactive support model, you will work proactively with clients to identify opportunities, improve processes, and enhance their OneStream solutions.
The role would suit an experienced OneStream professional who combines strong technical knowledge with consultative skills and enjoys developing long-term client relationships.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting and enhancing live OneStream environments following implementation
- Identifying opportunities to improve platform performance, functionality, and user experience
- Delivering OneStream enhancements tailored to clients’ evolving business requirements
- Working closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand challenges and priorities
- Providing technical guidance and strategic advice across OneStream use cases
- Supporting process improvements and helping clients develop longer-term platform roadmaps
- Investigating and resolving technical and functional issues
- Managing client requests in line with agreed priorities and response times
- Building trusted relationships and acting as a knowledgeable OneStream advisor
- Collaborating with internal specialists to deliver high-quality, consistent client support
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with OneStream
- Experience supporting, enhancing, or optimizing live OneStream environments
- A solid understanding of OneStream functionality and relevant finance processes
- Experience working across financial consolidation, planning, reporting, or other performance management use cases
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable OneStream solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Confident stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- A consultative approach and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- The ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a remote environment
