Peninsula are recruiting for a Senior CRM Executive to work on exciting projects with the opportunity for further career growth. Joining a fast-growing marketing department you will be assisting with the delivery of automation campaigns
As a Demand Generation Executive, you’ll help evolve current automation processes and identify new opportunities and areas for improvement – whether for new lead acquisition or client retention.
This is a fully office based role, working in our collaboration fact paced Global HQ in Manchester City Centre.
Duties include
- Support the CRM Manager to help build and evolve new campaigns and programs within the Marketo automation platform (e.g. newsletters, email nurture campaigns, webinars, events and gated content).
- Create and implement A/B testing campaign testing schedules to identify the best performing setups and segmentations.
- Manage the coordination, send and reporting of the weekly/monthly prospect and client newsletters.
- Manage the automation of nurture activities. Looking to drive engagement and deliver high quality leads to sales.
- Working with wider stakeholders, help drive the client communication to increase usage and aid overall client retention.
- Routinely audit the lead database to ensure data is high quality and highly segmented, whilst helping ensure we remain compliant.
- Assist with ongoing campaign analysis and reporting.
What you bring to the team
- Experience with Marketing Automation software (Marketo / Hubspot / Mailchimp etc) Is essential
- Email marketing and campaign experience
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and detail orientated
- Excellent time management, and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in a B2B marketing role and CRM software (Salesforce) is needed
