As a Senior Design Manager, you’ll lead the coordination and management of design activities across large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure designs are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality and commercial objectives.
You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, managing interfaces, design risks and project governance while driving collaboration across multiple disciplines. This is an opportunity to play a central role in delivering some of the world’s most technically demanding facilities.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects.
- Strong design management and multidisciplinary project coordination capability.
- Experience managing project programmes, design reviews and technical interfaces.
- Ability to identify and manage design risks and project constraints.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within complex engineering or construction environments.
