As a Senior Design Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing multidisciplinary design delivery across major data centre projects. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, clients and project stakeholders to ensure designs are coordinated, risks are managed and project objectives are achieved.
The role offers exposure to large-scale, technically demanding programmes where successful delivery relies on strong collaboration, governance and leadership. You’ll help manage design interfaces, coordinate project teams and drive high standards throughout the design process.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary design activities on complex engineering or construction projects
- Ability to coordinate design teams and manage interfaces across multiple disciplines
- Experience overseeing programme, risk, quality and design governance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of engineering design processes and project delivery lifecycles
- Ability to drive collaboration and maintain project momentum across diverse teams
