What we are looking for?

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps transformation, automation, platform engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing enterprise-scale CI/CD ecosystems, driving cloud adoption strategies, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable systems.

This role requires a technology leader who can influence architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, establish DevOps best practices, and drive operational excellence across large-scale enterprise environments.

What you'll do?

Cloud & Platform Engineering

Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
Design highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable cloud-native solutions.
Lead cloud migration, modernization, and platform transformation initiatives.
Establish governance frameworks, security controls, and cloud best practices.
Drive infrastructure standardization and platform engineering strategies.

DevOps & CI/CD Leadership

Design and implement enterprise CI/CD pipelines that support multiple development teams and applications.
Drive automation across the software development lifecycle to improve speed, quality, and reliability.
Define release management processes and deployment strategies.
Lead DevOps maturity initiatives and champion continuous improvement practices.
Establish deployment standards, performance metrics, and operational KPIs.

Infrastructure as Code & Automation

Lead Infrastructure as Code implementation using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Develop reusable infrastructure modules and automation frameworks.
Automate provisioning, configuration management, compliance checks, and operational workflows.
Implement self-service infrastructure capabilities for development teams.

Containerization & Kubernetes

Design, implement, and manage large-scale Kubernetes environments.
Lead containerization initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes ecosystem tools.
Optimize cluster scalability, security, observability, and performance.
Implement advanced deployment patterns including Canary, Blue-Green, and Progressive Delivery.

Reliability, Monitoring & Incident Management

Establish enterprise monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting platforms.
Define and manage SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for critical business services.
Lead major incident management and root cause analysis efforts.
Drive platform reliability, resilience, availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
Implement proactive monitoring and predictive analytics capabilities.

Security & DevSecOps

Integrate security practices throughout the CI/CD and infrastructure lifecycle.
Implement automated vulnerability management, compliance scanning, and policy enforcement.
Design secure secrets management and identity access frameworks.
Partner with security teams to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Lead DevSecOps transformation initiatives across engineering teams.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps, Cloud, and Platform Engineering teams.
Collaborate with architects, engineering leaders, product teams, and senior stakeholders.
Participate in enterprise architecture reviews and technology strategy discussions.
Drive adoption of engineering best practices across the organization.

What you'll bring?

Education

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience

10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale DevOps and cloud transformation programs.
Proven track record managing mission-critical production environments.

Technical Expertise

Expert-level experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Deep expertise in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
Advanced knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration platforms.
Strong Linux and Windows administration experience.
Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go for automation and tooling development.
Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, SSL/TLS, IAM, and security architectures.

Monitoring & Observability

Expertise with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Azure Monitor, or equivalent observability platforms.
Experience implementing enterprise monitoring and operational intelligence solutions.

Security & Compliance

Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and security automation.
Experience with vulnerability management, SIEM integrations, compliance frameworks, and cloud security controls.
