We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to support a major EMEA workplace transformation programme. The role will help move the organisation from a legacy Citrix/Ivanti environment towards a modern Microsoft workplace built around Intune, Windows 11, Windows 365, Entra ID and Conditional Access.

This is a hands-on engineering role with input into technical design and strategy. The successful candidate will be expected to configure, build and implement solutions directly, rather than operate at pure architecture level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure and implement Microsoft Intune across enterprise Windows devices.
• Develop endpoint configuration profiles, compliance policies and security baselines.
• Engineer and maintain Windows 11 builds and modern endpoint configurations.
• Support the rollout and development of Windows 365 / Cloud PC solutions.
• Configure Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access policies.
• Support Zero Trust initiatives alongside Security and Identity SMEs.
• Help migrate users and services from legacy workplace technologies into a modern Microsoft environment.
• Contribute to solution design, pilots, testing, implementation and operational handover.
• Work closely with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure and Project teams.
• Troubleshoot complex Digital Workplace issues and support continual service improvement.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Senior Digital Workplace, Modern Workplace, EUC or Endpoint Engineer.
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong Windows 11 engineering and build experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Experience designing and implementing Conditional Access.
• Good understanding of endpoint security, device compliance and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience with Windows 365, ideally in an enterprise environment.
• Previous experience delivering a legacy-to-modern workplace transformation, such as Citrix, Ivanti, SCCM/MECM or similar into Intune and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience contributing to technical design while remaining hands-on with configuration and delivery.
• Experience within a large enterprise or regulated environment would be advantageous.
