About The Role
As a CBRE Senior Director, Automation Delivery (Europe), you will lead the hands-on delivery of AI and automation programmes for Property Management across Europe. You will work in a forward deployed engineering model: embedded with business teams, turning their processes into working solutions on our AI platform, currently Palantir Foundry, and staying accountable for those solutions after go-live.
This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced practitioner. It is part of the Global Business Transformation function for Property Management.

What you'll do
- Lead the delivery of AI and automation programmes across European Property Management, from discovery through to production.
- Work alongside business teams to understand their processes, gather requirements, and turn them into working solutions in Palantir Foundry.
- Build and maintain data integrations between our core business platforms and Foundry.
- Lead high-quality design, making sure solutions are robust, performant, and optimised, and that they build on our shared ontology rather than duplicate it.
- Put controls in place for AI model and token usage, tracking consumption and keeping running costs within budget.
- Manage projects to agreed scope and timelines, and report progress clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Own solutions after go-live, monitoring performance and resolving issues so they keep delivering value.
- Partner with Digital and Technology (D&T) on architecture, security, and platform standards.
- Work with other Property Management divisions and stakeholders to align priorities, reuse components, and make sure solutions scale.
- Grow internal capability by coaching D&T engineers and training business teams, sharing your experience so knowledge stays within CBRE.
What you'll need
Essential
- At least five years of hands-on Palantir Foundry implementation and enterprise AI delivery.
- Deep working knowledge of Foundry, including data pipelines and integration, ontology design, application building, and AIP.
- A strong understanding of the wider technology landscape, including large language models, how they are used and priced, and how to choose the right model for a task.
- Proven experience integrating data across enterprise systems using APIs and data pipelines, with strong Python and SQL skills.
- A track record of leading complex delivery projects to time and budget in a large, matrixed organisation.
- Experience in a forward deployed, consulting, or embedded delivery role, working directly with business users.
- The ability to explain technical choices clearly to senior, non-technical stakeholders and to influence without direct authority.
- Experience coaching and developing engineers.
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Desirable
- Experience in real estate, property management, or another asset-intensive industry.
- Experience delivering across several European markets.
- Additional European languages.
