At Hydro International, we're embarking on an exciting enterprise-wide transformation through our OneHydro Systems Project. This strategic programme is centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, integrated with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and other critical business systems, creating a modern and connected technology landscape for the future.
🌟 The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior ERP Business Analyst to play a central role in one of the most significant transformation programmes within our business.
This isn't a documentation-heavy BA role. It's an opportunity to influence how the organisation operates for years to come, working alongside business leaders, SMEs, implementation partners, and project teams to shape future-state processes and ensure successful ERP adoption.
🔍 What You'll Be Doing
- Leading requirements gathering and business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Creating and maintaining process maps, requirements traceability, and future-state documentation
- Translating business needs into clear user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitating workshops to drive process harmonisation and fit-to-standard adoption
- Challenging complexity and championing ERP best practice
- Supporting testing, UAT, business readiness, and deployment activities
- Maintaining decision logs, governance standards, and project controls
- Helping ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations
🎯 What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation
- Demonstrable ERP transformation experience across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Expertise in requirements management, process mapping, governance, and traceability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across executive, operational, and technical audiences
- Ability to create high-quality user stories, process flows, test scripts, and operating procedures
- Experience working closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and implementation partners
Desirable
- ⭐ Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service experience
- ⭐ Salesforce or CRM implementation experience
- ⭐ Experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Projects, or Service-led organisations
- ⭐ BCS, IIBA, or equivalent Business Analysis qualifications
- ⭐ BPMN, Visio, or process modelling expertise
