What You'll Do
- Support and deliver workforce change programmes, including restructures, redundancies, settlements, and TUPE transfers.
- Ensure legal compliance and consistent application of Employee Relations (ER) frameworks.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive effective organisational transformation.
- Collaborate with the wider ER team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc or project-based support to Case Management and Strategy & Policy teams as needed.
What You Bring
- Strong experience in ER casework and workforce transformation (restructuring, redundancy, TUPE).
- Expertise in consultations, business partnering, and providing policy-driven advice.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and navigate complex environments.
- Background in Financial Services, Insurance, Asset Management, or other regulated/matrix organisations (preferred).
- CIPD Level 3-5 qualification (preferred but not essential - relevant experience is key).
- A proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
